How Long Does It Take to Get My Tickets?

Once you have made final payment, your Personal Travel Consultant will book your held reservations and issue your tickets. Because many of our specially negotiated contract fares come from trusted multiple sources and airlines from around the world it becomes important to start planning your trip at least four to six months prior to departure and purchase your tickets at least two months before your first flight. We realize not everyone will be able to follow this timeline, but getting your tickets this far in advance will allow for more options with better seat availability and lower pricing.

Generally speaking, AirTreks needs at least four to five weeks to issue and deliver all of your physical tickets, on time, depending on how exotic and involved your itinerary, or as quick as a couple of days via Federal Express. And if e-tickets are available for your flights then you will receive them via email within 1-3 days of booking your itinerary.

Around-the-World and Multi-Stop International tickets are complex, and getting them requires us to coordinate with individual suppliers across the globe.
