Travellers leaving from different cities and arriving together. Coordinating that is most of the work on a group trip, and it is the part online booking cannot do.
We issue the tickets too
We're one of the few outfits that does the expert consultation and issues the tickets. One company owns the itinerary end to end, so nothing falls between two desks.
Changes mid-trip
Routes shift. Someone misses a connection in a country neither of you has been to. Our support line is staffed around the clock and can reissue rather than just sympathise.

You approve, we ticket
Once the itinerary is right we issue the tickets and send confirmation documents. Your traveller deals with us directly or through you, whichever you prefer.

We support the traveller
Through departure and for the length of the trip. Delays, misconnects, changes of plan, 24/7, by phone or email.

What operators ask before the first handoff.
Who is this a bad fit for?
If most of what you sell is round-trip flights to big competitive destinations, our tools and expertise won't save you enough to be worth the handoff. Same if you focus on travel within the USA or the Caribbean, where the competition is fierce and the audience shops on price.
How does the handoff actually work?
You email us the trip details and we take it from there. You'll get three emails: one confirming we have it, one asking you to approve the itinerary, and one with the confirmation documents. We handle communication with your traveller in between, learning their preferences as we go.
Can you ticket as well as quote?
Yes. We're one of the few companies that does the full consultation and issues the tickets, which means one company owns the itinerary rather than handing it between a consultant and a ticketing desk.
What do you need from me to start?
Starting city, arrival and departure cities with any required times, passenger names and dates of birth if you have them, desired cabin, and traveller contact details. Partial information is fine to open a conversation.
