Route notes
Why this routing works
This 30-week round-the-world ticket moves east from Cairo through Johannesburg and Doha into Asia, then continues across Australia and the Pacific to Hawaii and the US mainland before a final long-haul leg to Stockholm and the return to Cairo. The sequencing keeps the trip in one continuous direction rather than backtracking between regions.
The stop lengths do most of the pacing work here. Shorter stays in Doha, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Lihue break up the longer bases in Johannesburg, Ho Chi Minh City, San Diego, and especially Stockholm, where the itinerary settles for 143 nights before closing the loop.
Because every sector is flown, the ticket structure is straightforward despite the mileage and spread. That makes this a clean business-class RTW for travelers who want a single framework linking Africa, Asia, Australasia, North America, and Europe without adding surface gaps or open-jaw transfers.
