Route notes
Why this routing works
This multi-stop itinerary is structured as an open-jaw ticket across Canada: Faro to Toronto, overland from Toronto to Edmonton, then Edmonton to Vancouver and Vancouver back to Faro. That setup works well when one segment is better handled on the ground rather than by air, while still keeping the long-haul flights on a single plan.
The schedule leaves room at the front end of the trip in Toronto before continuing west across Canada. The overland break between Toronto and Edmonton creates flexibility in how the middle of the itinerary is timed, and the return from Vancouver avoids backtracking to the original Canadian arrival point.
Ticketing is straightforward in economy class, with the route combining a transatlantic outbound, a domestic Canadian flight westbound after the overland section, and a transatlantic return from a different city. For July departures in the jul-sep season, this sample sold in the USD 1,774 to 2,705 range.
