Route notes
Why this routing works
This 13-week itinerary is built around a long first stop in Kathmandu, followed by an overland transition at BDP into Bagdogra before continuing by air within India and onward to North Africa and Europe. That sequencing separates the surface segment from the long-haul flights, which can simplify ticketing when part of the trip is intentionally done overland.
After 21 nights in Kathmandu, the route resumes from Bagdogra and continues to New Delhi for 2 nights, then moves west to Casablanca for 12 nights and Paris for 32 nights before returning to Greensboro. The stop pattern mixes one short connection point with longer stays later in the trip, which helps keep the transcontinental sectors aligned with fixed city pairs while leaving substantial time on the ground in each major stop.
Because this is an economy multi-stop ticket rather than a simple round-trip, the value is in locking the long-distance sequence into one itinerary: Greensboro outbound to Kathmandu, India onward to Casablanca and Paris, then the final return to Greensboro. For a September departure, the sold range on this routing was from USD 3,387 to USD 4,434 in economy.
