Route notes
Why this routing works
This itinerary uses a compact two-week structure with one Atlantic stop first, then an open-jaw into Vietnam before returning to the US via San Francisco. The sequence keeps the ticket focused on long-haul positioning while leaving the Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang segment outside the flight path, marked here as overland.
From a ticketing standpoint, the route is built as Jacksonville–Dublin, then a separate flight sequence beginning in Ho Chi Minh City and continuing from Da Nang to San Francisco, before the final leg back to Jacksonville. That split between arrival in Ho Chi Minh City and departure from Da Nang creates flexibility within Vietnam without requiring a backtrack on the international ticket.
Timing is tight but workable for travelers who want multiple stops in a short window. The confirmed stay lengths shown here are three nights in Dublin and two nights in San Francisco, with the Vietnam portion fitting between those points in February. In economy, this routing falls in the sold range of USD 2,591 to USD 3,392.
