Route notes
Why this routing works
This 13-week routing runs westbound from San Francisco to Singapore, then continues to Colombo and Istanbul before turning south to Port Louis and finishing in Lisbon for the longest stay of the trip. The sequence spreads the long-haul flying across five intermediate stops rather than clustering the biggest sectors back to back.
With 19 nights in Singapore and 13 in Colombo, the first half of the trip builds in longer stays before two shorter 7-night stops in Istanbul and Port Louis. That pacing keeps the middle of the itinerary more compact, then leaves 43 nights in Lisbon as the final extended stop before returning to San Francisco.
All sectors are flown, with no surface gaps or open-jaw segments in the ticket. That makes the itinerary straightforward to manage as a single continuous multi-stop routing, with each city linked in order and the return to San Francisco closing the loop cleanly.
