Route notes
Why this routing works
This two-week economy itinerary uses London as the first transatlantic stop before continuing south to Cape Town. With 3 nights scheduled in London, the routing builds in a short pause before the Africa portion of the trip.
The Africa section is split between a flight into Cape Town and an overland sector to Victoria Falls. That surface gap avoids backtracking by air between the two stops and sets up the return from a different city than the arrival point in southern Africa.
The trip closes with the long-haul flight from Victoria Falls back to Seattle, creating an open-jaw within Africa while keeping the overall sequence compact for a December departure window.
