Route notes
Why this routing works
This multi-stop itinerary keeps the routing simple: Washington DC to Tunis, onward to Venice, then back to Washington DC. With 9 nights in Tunis and 15 nights in Venice, the schedule splits four weeks across two stops without adding extra flight segments.
May is a practical fit for this sequence, with both overseas stops grouped into a single outbound flow before the return to North America. The timing also leaves a small buffer within the 4-week total for travel days between cities and the final flight home.
As a ticket structure, this works well as a single multi-stop itinerary rather than separate one-way bookings. That keeps the order fixed, covers the transatlantic routing in one plan, and makes the Tunis-to-Venice connection part of the overall trip logic rather than a standalone add-on.
