Route notes
Why this routing works
This 15-week business-class itinerary starts in Zurich and moves east through Singapore into Indonesia, with an overland gap between Singapore and Jakarta built into the ticket. From Jakarta, the routing continues by air to Denpasar Bali, then on to Melbourne and Auckland before crossing the Pacific to Honolulu.
A second overland sector separates Honolulu and Los Angeles, which can be useful when a trip needs flexibility between Hawaii and the US mainland without adding another flight coupon to the ticket. After rejoining the air itinerary in Los Angeles, the route continues across the United States via Denver and Jacksonville before returning to Zurich.
The sequencing keeps the long-haul direction consistent, linking Southeast Asia, Australasia and North America in one ticket rather than breaking the trip into separate one-way fares. With 9 nights in Denpasar Bali and 10 nights in Melbourne, the route also shows where longer planned stays were built into the overall schedule.
At a sold range of USD 13,194 to USD 17,273 in business class, this is a complex multi-stop structure with a mix of flight sectors and self-arranged surface segments. December departure timing places the trip in the October-December season set for this sample route.
