Primary hub at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK). Secondary hub at Samui (USM), which Bangkok Airways owns and operates as a private airport. Key routes: BKK-USM, BKK-SUK (Sukhothai, also PG-owned airport), BKK-TDX (Trat, also PG-owned). Regional routes to REP (Siem Reap), PNH, LPQ, RGN. Minimum connection time at BKK is 90 minutes. Codeshare agreements with many carriers including BA, QF, EK, and JL.
Baggage and Interline
Interline baggage agreements with most major carriers at BKK. Bags check through on codeshare tickets. USM is a small airport so bag handling is fast but bags must be reclaimed if connecting to a separately ticketed flight. Weight-based baggage system (not piece-based) on PG-ticketed flights.
