The interview
The conversation
You've booked with AirTreks since 2017. What finally made you stop doing it yourself?
Last year I took an Intrepid trip to Mexico. Being from California, I foolishly thought I could book my own flights and 'save money.' Well... I ended up booking my arrival to an airport that Intrepid didn't have transportation to.
What keeps you coming back?
I gave the specialist my preferences, like where I wanted to be seated and the fare type. The next time I used AirTreks, I didn't need to tell them again.
And when a flight changes on you mid-trip?
When flights were altered, I was notified asap with options on how to proceed and recommendations. It was very easy to contact the reps, either by phone or email.
