Route notes
Why this routing works
This three-week multi-stop route sequences a domestic stop in New York City before the longer intercontinental legs to India and Indonesia. The flown sectors are Seattle to New York City, New York City to New Delhi, Mumbai to Denpasar Bali, and Denpasar Bali back to Seattle.
A surface segment separates the India portion of the trip: New Delhi is the city flown into, and Mumbai is reached overland before the itinerary resumes by air. That open gap removes the need to backtrack within India and keeps the onward long-haul flight positioned from Mumbai.
With business-class ticketing, the routing concentrates the longest flights on the international portions while limiting the itinerary to a small number of flight segments across three weeks. November timing fits a compact sequence with one scheduled stop in New York City and four nights in Bali before the final return to Seattle.
